Note to self: To disable smooth scrolling in IntelliJ's Markdown preview, go to Help --> Edit Custom VM Options, add:

Restart IntelliJ. Confirmed working in IDEA 2023.3.6 on Windows 11, where the normal smooth-scrolling settings didn't affect the preview.
