The most useful reply is often the one after the problem is solved
One small community habit I would try: when someone asks for help, leave a final reply saying what actually worked, even if the answer was "we tried this and abandoned it."
A month later, an unanswered request and a quietly solved problem look identical. The next person repeats the investigation, and everyone underestimates how much help the group provides.
A useful closing note needs only three things: what changed, who helped (with their permission), and what someone should try next time. No productivity dashboard required.
What is one solved problem here that deserves its missing last paragraph?
