Evidence vocabulary: Measured = executed current method on synthetic fixture; traced = source/caller inspected; historical = earlier audit only; unresolved = no supported conclusion
Counters: Examined = database/source work, unknown without instrumentation; materialized = PHP rows/objects instantiated; transferred = rows/bytes crossing SQLite/PHP or server/browser; used = final selected rows. Do not conflate these.
Integrity checks: Relative local link/path targets, git diff --check, approved file scope, cited symbol existence; anchors/remote links are not automatically checked
Ownership: M02/M04/M09 are inherited, not new independent discoveries

Disposition: Partially mitigated, residual active. fetchThreads still converts the generator to a complete array. QDB still filters/slices after loading. TagPage now selects at most 25 IDs before body hydration; tags index can stream. Separate tag fix is not a whole-reader fix.

Related delivered work: ReadModelBuilder indexCommits delegates to CommitHistoryReader; activity evidence uses operation-scoped lookup. Prior history timings are historical, not new measurements here. Broader canonical parsing/derivation remains separate from selection findings.
