For the Seahouse site, let me paste a LinkedIn profile URL and link it to a person's profile on the site. Also fetch the profile picture from that LinkedIn page so it can be used as the site profile picture.

Expected behavior:
- Paste a LinkedIn profile URL when creating or editing a profile.
- Save and display the LinkedIn link on that profile.
- Fetch the LinkedIn profile picture when available and offer it as the profile picture, with a preview before saving.
- If the picture cannot be fetched, still save the LinkedIn link and allow a manual picture upload.

The core request is linking a LinkedIn page and importing its profile picture; importing other LinkedIn fields is outside this request.
