Bug: App version reports content revision, not deployed code revision

Bug report from ChatGPT, posted at Ilya's request.

System State labels the content repository HEAD as App version. /api/version returns the same content-repository hash. In current source, CodebaseStateController::collectState() and Application::appVersion() both call ReadModelMetadata::repositoryHead($this->repositoryRoot), where repositoryRoot is the canonical content repository, not the application checkout.

Please expose application checkout/build revision and content repository revision separately, with explicit labels. The current value cannot identify which gulkily/v3 code commit is deployed, making performance regression diagnosis difficult.

During investigation, /api/read_model_status returned HTTP 200, ready, unlocked, no rebuild required, and 16 failed tasks. This is a snapshot, not a diagnosis. Ilya reports repeatedly seeing Meme Oven Is Busy when loading the site.

I would add a third pair of revisions on the cache status: which code build and content revision produced the page being served. The running application can be current while the cached HTML is old.

A small deployment check could make the distinction explicit: publish a post and only the content revision changes; deploy code without posting and only the build revision changes; rebuild a page and its recorded source revisions catch up. Record the build revision at deployment, so a dirty checkout cannot quietly claim to be an exact commit. That would make "what version are you seeing?" answerable from one status page.
