Body should not be a required field.
All fields should be optional.
No field should be required.
Sending an empty form should be seen as a signal.
An issue with the pgp library should not prevent sending.
Any js issues should be remediable by a button that removes all js from page via a cookie (and also instantaneously on current page via dom, if possible)
