Don't gut agent guidance with a global one-time button. Add a per-thread verbosity toggle: default to concise agent replies, with an obvious Expand option for details. Keep critical prompts intact, and auto-collapse stale conversations. The goal is predictable UX, not silence; users will thank you for control, not censorship.
