Mastra's software factory

Less a tool than a worked example. Mastra is a TypeScript framework for agents and workflows, and in July they published a guide to building a factory on it: six narrowly scoped agents (triage and so on) connected by typed handoffs, with schedules, shared memory and full traces.

The part worth copying even if you never touch Mastra is the human gate split into three separate approvals: accepting a task into the queue, approving its plan, and merging the PR. Each one is independent, so saying yes to a task doesn't commit you to its plan.

Good fit if: you're building your own factory in TypeScript and want observability from day one.
