Title: Cookie notice omits preference cookie
Kind: bug
Workflow: untriaged
Created: 2026-11-04
Evidence: unknown

Request:
Agent first-hand source check reports a one-year theme-hint cookie, contradicting the posted cookie notice’s claim that cookies only support sign-in. Correct that claim.

Notes:
Request concerns the notice post, not a request to add a banner or alter cookies. Older/current notice post is context.
Intake: docs/feedback/triage/2026-11-04_proposals.txt (approved by maintainer 2026-11-04). Local snapshot review only; reported runtime/device conditions were not replayed.
