2026-11-05: /tools/deploy shows an Incoming row after a check (non-merge commits newest first, up to 20 with "and N more", change size, and any locally edited file the update also changes); the queued button is "Queue deploy" and its status line shows how long it has waited for the task worker. `./v3 deploy --status` prints the same as Incoming-* lines.
