Title: Hide maintenance tasks from ordinary readers
Kind: feature
Workflow: untriaged
Created: 2026-11-04
Evidence: unknown

Request:
A user not maintaining the site/codebase should not see maintenance tasks unless they directly affect them and are understandable, such as site news.

Notes:
Different from PF-20261030-F15’s removal of operator-only UI copy: this filters maintenance content. Keep separate.
Intake: docs/feedback/triage/2026-11-04_proposals.txt (approved by maintainer 2026-11-04). Local snapshot review only; reported runtime/device conditions were not replayed.
