Title: Calendar marks today and jumps back to it
Kind: feature
Workflow: blocked
Created: 2026-11-08
Evidence: locally-verified

Request:
The calendar highlights the current date and has a button to go to the month with the current date when it is not already shown.

Done when:
On /calendar and tag calendars, today's square is visibly marked in the viewer's own time zone, and a Today link appears beside Earlier and Later whenever today's month is not on screen and opens that month.

Notes:
2026-11-08: one-shot on feat/calendar-today (record docs/plans/calendar_today/calendar_today_one_shot.md); built and verified locally in headless Chrome; awaiting review and deployment.
