A /work page with status at a glance
Right now you can only see where work stands by opening each #work thread or reading /work.txt, and the only way to change status is typing a status: reply.
The Step 1 plan suggests a dedicated /work page: one row per item with status, who claimed it and the note, filters for open, active and stale, and a search box. Thread pages would get Claim and Done buttons for approved members that post the same status: reply. Nobody is working on it yet; it is waiting for review.
