bug: the ... menu in the compose form gets cut off when the form is displayed near the top of the viewport.

also, i don't think that menu is the right place for the "fomatting help" item (or probably the markdown checkbox)

the markdown checkbox should be called "formatted" or "formatted text" for the users who don't know what markdown is.
