R1/P2, v2/A, original application baseline and single exposed rater unchanged. Measured work is unknown; maintainer comfortable-fit/acceptance remains pending.
Delivered: Findings and operator guide, historical source snapshot, concepts and index. All M01–M10 IDs retained, with source-only, direct synthetic and added-memory-pressure evidence distinguished. Prior incident fixes 074deea6/cfb8364f are application changes from before this cycle, not new audit implementation.
Unverified: QDB PHP 8.3 host recovery, production corpus capacity and proposed 32/64 MiB ceilings. Follow-ups: independently approved fixes and the separately proposed capacity/selection audits. This branch has not been merged, pushed or deployed. Runtime changes and dependency additions: zero.
